Diesel fuel injection

AG Diesel can service and repair fuel injection pumps and injectors of all makes and styles.

Our equipment is updated on a regular basis and is the latest and most sophisticated that manufacturers have available today. As Bosch service agents we run two of Bosch’s flagship EPS815 as well as Hartridge flagship AVM2-PC.

Our staff are fully factory trained in all facets of fuel systems specific to individual manufacturers.

Training courses are mandatory and attended on a regular basis and all staff are rotated and trained to the same level of expertise

  • Dynamic testing and re-manufacture of common rail injectors

  • Re-manufacture, test and re-programming of VP30 and VP44
  • Pumps to manufacturers specifications.

    • Performance:

    AG Diesel has a long established reputation for performance tuning diesel vehicles. We provide full dyno tuning of mechanical control pumps as well as custom built high performance pumps for off-road application.
    Current electronically controlled vehicles are also catered for by the fitment of quality aftermarket performance modules such as the Steinbauer range of piggy back modules.

    Turbocharger:

    AG Diesel are fully equipped to service and repair all leading brands of turbocharger.

    We are proud to announce that AG Diesel are appointed as the only Australian distributor for two of the leading aftermarket turbocharger and component manufacturers in the world. Turbo International and Kawasaki Turbo Systems (KTS). Authorised Garrett Turbocharger agents.
